At our Altitude Dinner, we celebrated food and wines grown at high altitudes. 
We started with tea cocktails made with teas grown on high mountain tops.

Local Virginia Trout, with Oranges and Sorrel, paired with Botani Muscat

Nebrodini Mushrooms, Mushroom Risotto, and Chicken Jus paired with Nerello Mascalese from Mount Etna. 







Braised Meadow's Pride Farm lamb shank paired with La Clarine syrah.

I am sad that you had to temporarily close because of they pandemic. Your business was really booming before everything. I wish that I can see you get back on your feet soon. I love your menu and I love the things that you prepare. I hope that you can get back as soon as this pandemic ends, it is the future that I want to be part of. I really think that it is where you should be, man.
