Here is a Truffle Mousse atop Arctic Char, with Root Vegetables and Shaved Truffles from Burgundy:
The Meadow's Pride lamb (above) got a healthy shaving of the Burgundy Truffle (pictured left below):
And Pastry Chef Serge Torres, created a plate of delightful truffle petit fours: Truffle Truffles, Truffle Brioche with Fruits, Truffle Madelines, and Truffle Macarons.
