We had a wonderful New Year's Eve service-- thanks to all who joincd us! Kris & Erin poured a Champagne Tower just before midnight.... The restaurant looked beautiful with red tulips and gold balloons.... And Chef Brian's menu was as tasty as ever....
Happy 2017! Chef Brian pulled out all the stops for this year's Truffle Dinner. Here are some delicious photos...... Here is a Truffle Mousse atop Arctic Char, with Root Vegetables and Shaved Truffles from Burgundy: The Meadow's Pride lamb (above) got a healthy shaving of the Burgundy Truffle (pictured left below): And Pastry Chef Serge Torres, created a plate of delightful truffle petit fours: Truffle Truffles, Truffle Brioche with Fruits, Truffle Madelines, and Truffle Macarons. What's that? You'd like a close up of the Truffle Macarons? Bon Appetit!

Chef Brian prepared a multi-course menu in his own home, made mostly from home-grown vegetables and local meats, and he paired it all with delectable wines from his cellar.
